Our Return Policy

You may return most unused items in original condition within 15 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Some exclusions apply (see section below).

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Bearings & Bottom Brackets (once installed)
  • Chains & Cassettes (if removed from packaging)
  • Grips & Handlebar Tape (unwrapped products)
  • E-Bike Accessories with activated warranties
  • Custom or special order components

Simple 3-Step Return Process

Step 1: Initiate Your Return

  • Your order number
  • Item(s) you wish to return
  • Reason for return
  • Whether you prefer refund or exchange

Step 2: Package & Ship

Once approved, you’ll receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions. Please:

  • Repackage items in original packaging with all accessories
  • Include the RMA number clearly on the package
  • Ship to our warehouse at:

Note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

Step 3: Refund or Exchange

Upon receipt and inspection (typically 3-5 business days), we will process your request:

  • Refunds: Issued to your original payment method within 3-5 business days
  • Exchanges: Shipped via your selected method (standard or free shipping)

International Returns

For customers outside the U.S.:

  • Mark the package as “RETURNED GOODS” to avoid customs fees
  • We recommend using tracked shipping (DHL/FedEx)
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective component (especially critical for drivetrain parts):

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  2. Provide photos of the damage/defect
  3. We’ll arrange a prepaid return label if applicable

Performance Guarantee

We stand behind every bearing, groupset, and component we sell. If a properly installed part fails within 30 days due to manufacturing defects, we’ll replace it at no cost (excluding wear items like chains and cassettes).
